As an original parts manufacturer for all common calender designs, we have roll concepts for the entire production spectrum of the paper industry, such as graphic papers, cardboard, packaging, tissue and specialty papers. We develop and produce oil, water and/or steam-heated thermal roller systems with operationally optimal properties as individual solutions for customer-specific requirements.
The production success of the entire paper machine and ultimately the marketability of the paper product depend on defect-free roll surfaces with suitable temperature, shape and flow properties under operating conditions.
Starting with well-thought-out designs, through the use of cutting-edge materials in casting, to completion through extensive heat treatment options, i-Hardening, hot grinding, Warm Balancing, finishing and superfinishing — our rollers meet the highest requirements.

THERMOROLLERS
Heated thermal rollers with peripheral holes, for the heating medium in accordance with the well-known MonoPass, DuoTherm and TriPass principles, are used in all types of smoothing machines and calender types in

CALENDER ROLLS
Standard calender rolls are primarily used unheated, solidly cast with cast or bolted pins in two-roll and multi-roll smoothing plants. We produce replacement rollers with improvements in terms of materials and manufacturing.
ROLLER COATS
For multi-zone rollers or floating rollers, we manufacture the pipes in various materials. For use in smoothing works, we use hard cast iron, modified chrome cast KSTV or hardened wrought steel, depending on the requirements. For purchased bending compensation rollers, we mainly supply gray cast iron or ductile iron pipes.
