Production processes such as grinding, crushing, crushing, mixing require specially tailored roll materials and roll designs. They determine the quality of the resulting product and the profitability of production. Rollers influence process profitability through their downtime, reliability, wear and service costs, and cooling or heating performance of thermal rollers.

We supply the food industry with all common roller types, starting with small grinding or crushing rolls starting with a diameter of approx. 200 mm up to large rolls for flaking roller mills with a diameter of over 800 mm. The design of the rolls and the design of the roll surface “smooth or corrugated” are individually adapted to the respective application and process technology.

For the rolling process in food manufacturing, we offer various designs, including peripherally drilled systems for optimal heating or cooling of rolls.
