The manufacturing process of cast products is subject to a variety of influencing factors, the interaction of which determines the quality. Quality assurance of the production process includes permanent material checks by testing chemical compositions using spectrometers, combustion analysis of carbon and sulfur and gas analyses of oxygen and nitrogen contents, as well as testing of mechanical properties and metallography to verify the correct formation of the microstructure of our defined materials.
