IRLE ROLLS GmbH is a ISO9001 certified company. We regularly assess our suppliers, in particular those from whom we purchase quality-relevant products.


Quality-relevant products are:

  • Raw materials: steel scrap, alloys, iron alloys, carburization, pig iron
  • Purchase: Seal, Irle plug, round steel, body, jacket, raw parts, rings, plugs, pins, screws
  • Foundry aids: fireclay casting systems (pipes, funnels, ed. -pieces), frying stones, resin, hardener, coating, filters, sands
  • Packing: boxes
  • Measurement and testing equipment

These products are primarily purchased from qualified/certified suppliers. This means that suppliers either have a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 in the currently valid version.


Suppliers for quality-relevant products are classified in the following categories:

  1. DIN/ISO certification
  2. Adherence to schedules (delay rate)
  3. Complaint (error rate)

Our suppliers are regularly informed about the results of our evaluation.
A comprehensive supplier evaluation summarizes the results once a year.

In addition, suppliers who offer environmentally friendly and energy-efficient services and products and whose production through certification in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 prove.
