Welcome to WALZEN IRLE

Introductory day for eight new trainees

Last Friday, we welcomed eight new faces to WALZEN IRLE. In future, trainees will be joined by an industrial clerk, an industrial mechanic, two cutting machines and three foundry mechanics. In addition, a cutting machine operator joined us in his fourth year of apprenticeship and will complete his training with us next year. WALZEN IRLE is now training a total of 22 trainees, meaning that the number is higher than it has been in years.

After a welcome from management, trainers, plant managers and works council, the newcomers were given a factory tour to get some orientation and get to know some colleagues. Through an internship, most of them were already able to gain an insight and then applied for a training position.

At the end of the introductory day, the trainees from all years of apprenticeship came together for a barbecue. The newcomers were welcomed into the “Rollzen-irle family” in a relaxed atmosphere. This also made the first working day on August 16, 2021 much easier.

We wish everyone a good start to their professional life and an exciting, instructive and successful time at WALZEN IRLE.
