With the end of the successfully completed restructuring phase, a new era begins.
The new management is also intended to underline the spirit of optimism.

Dr. Petrico von Schweinichen and Mr. Thomas Fink have been managing directors of the holding company IRLE DEUZ GmbH and for the subsidiaries WALZEN IRLE GmbH and SIWACO GmbH since April 1, 2020.

While Dr. Petrico von Schweinichen has been on the management board of WALZEN IRLE GmbH since autumn 2018 and has been working for the company for years, Mr. Thomas Fink is joining the group of companies as commercial managing director as successor to Mr. Klaus Hägele.

Mr. Thomas Fink has many years of management experience in mechanical and plant engineering and, with his commercial expertise in the international development of companies, provides Impetus that is intended to ensure the long-term growth of the IRLE GROUP.

“With Dr. von Schweinichen as managing partner and Mr. Fink, we are delighted to have gained management personalities who will use their extensive experience to continue the successful development of the IRLE GROUP and to implement the strategic and operational goals,” says Steering Committee Chairman Dr. Andreas Beck.

The new management wants to help the company to further develop both the core markets and the expansion of the business in the long term with the usual high quality standards.
