WALZEN IRLE honors anniversaries

Especially in fast-moving times, loyal and committed employees with their many years of professional experience and knowledge are of great value to companies. Over the years, every anniversary has made a decisive contribution to the success of the company.

As part of a small ceremony, the jubilarians at WALZEN IRLE were honored by the management, works council, master and personnel manager at the end of August.

Managing Director Thomas Fink and Dr. Petrico von Schweinichen thanked the jubilarians for their cooperation and decades-long loyalty to the company. With Bernd Frank, Hartmut Otto, Hans-Georg Gießeler, Rainer Kloer, Michael Sobina and Peter Muzylak, six Walzen Irle employees celebrated their 40th anniversary of service. Marcus Klatt, Uwe Freischlader and Demirel Kocak were honored for 25 years of loyalty to the company. The number of honors was a sign of great loyalty on the part of employees to the company.

“All of the anniversaries add up to 315 years of service,” calculates Thomas Fink. In today's market environment, it is particularly important to work in a team with competent and knowledgeable employees who pass on their knowledge to the next generation.

The management presented the anniversaries with certificates and a gift. Afterwards, over a glass of sparkling wine, memories were exchanged and told a little bit. Physical well-being was also taken care of, taking into account the corona regulations.
