We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Procurement of Materials, Services, and Technical Components
Requesting, Reviewing, and Comparing Proposals
Placing and Renegotiating Orders
Schedule and Delivery Tracking
Communication with suppliers, internal departments, and production
Resolving technical inquiries in collaboration with Design, Production Planning, and Quality Assurance
Maintenance of supplier, item, and order data in the ERP system
Negotiating prices, contracts, and delivery terms
Supplier Selection and Evaluation
Complaint Handling

Your Profile:

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable business qualification
First professional experience in the purchasing department of an industrial company
Basic technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of drawings, materials, and mechanical machining
Proficiency in ERP Systems and MS Office
A structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work
Negotiation skills, as well as a strong awareness of costs and deadlines
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
